This is what awaits you

  • You start as a Junior SAP Consultant with a intensive and exciting training phase . While you are already supporting customer projects, you will work on your SAP basics in our SAP training program
  • You practice Hands-on with the system – we don't talk unnecessarily, we go straight into the system. The processes have to run in SAP, not in PowerPoint!
  • You prepare Workshops for your customers and look forward to sharing your content to present yourself
  • You advise and support your customers in technical and IT-related issues
  • You will not get a talking suit/blazer, but learn everything that makes a real consultant : SAP, project management and appearance

This is what you bring with you

  • You have…
    • a completed degree in computer science, business informatics (or a comparable course of study) or
    • completed training in the IT environment or
    • basic experience as an SAP user
  • You have big motivation to enter the SAP project business with all its facets
  • You want to not only paint colorful PowerPoint presentations, but also Design processes directly on the system
  • You bring Flexibility and a moderate willingness to travel as your customers continue to value local collaboration

This is what a working day could look like

As a junior SAP consultant, you have the opportunity to help shape our customers' business processes, implement them systematically and successfully put them live. Interested?
Then a typical day with us could look like this:

 

Your day starts with a Meeting with your supervisor and you divide your tasks. You have the Task to make some basic settings in SAP. Therefore, you dig through the Customizing , set everything up and then coordinate with your supervisor again.

At the end of the week there is a exciting customer workshop at.

You use the time in the afternoon to prepare well. After all, you see the workshop for what it is: a great chance to present yourself and your results and so you start preparing with full enthusiasm.


All your slides for the workshop are ready and the demo processes are running on the sandbox system? Great! You can now invest the time in the afternoon in your SAP consultant training and uses our excellent ososoft training program .

At evening Would you like to end the day with a game of our Tournament table football in the office or at a Round Mario Kart on the Switch.

When and where can I send in my application?

Which documents do I need to send?
We look forward to receiving your CV. Everything else (cover letter, references, seminar certificates, certificates) is voluntary 😊.
How does the process work?
If we think it could be a "match", we will arrange an appointment with you via WhatsApp, phone, email or Outlook - depending on how you are more accessible. It's a good idea to check your inbox. You will always receive an Outlook appointment, which you should confirm or let us know if it doesn't suit you. The first meeting often takes place via TEAMS because it is uncomplicated.
How do I get to ososoft?
Many roads lead to our great office at Beethovenstraße 5c in Würzburg 😊. You can come by train and walk to us in about 15 minutes from the main station. You can reach us by streetcar with the "Nr. 5" direction Grombühl/Uniklinik, exit "Berliner Platz". If you come by car, you can either park on Beethovenstraße (please note: in the direction of Berliner Ring there is a charge in some places), or you can use one of our approx. 20 signposted ososoft parking spaces.
What should I wear?
We are uncomplicated. Come as you are and as you feel comfortable - we do the same. Depending on the day and your schedule, this can be in jeans and sneakers or a jacket or blazer.
How does the introductory meeting work?
We want to get to know you as a person - so we want to talk to you. We do this in a relaxed way by talking about your previous professional experience, your wishes and also sometimes about private topics. You won't find any assessments or exam situations with us. If you like, we can show you around our premises on a short office tour - you can stroll through our offices and get to know workplaces and colleagues and thus a part of our culture.
How can I prepare myself?
One interviewee always comes from the specialist area - to give you the key insights from consulting, development, etc. One interviewee is from HR/Recruiting. Sometimes one of our managing directors joins in - depending on the position.

... we will get back to you within three working days with an acceptance or rejection. If you accept, we will discuss the offer with you and clarify any remaining questions. And then hopefully we can get started soon 😊!
What can I expect on my first day at work?
We start together with HR onboarding. You will be given your work equipment, an introduction to the most important programs and then set up your workplace together with your manager. In the first few days and months, you will be accompanied by a mentor to help you "settle in" at the company - and we will talk to you regularly to find out how things are going.
