We are a Europe-wide consulting company with a focus on large IT, SAP and digitalization projects. We work closely and trustingly with customers from our focus sectors of retail, automotive and industry.
We provide comprehensive support with strategy and process consulting as well as technical implementation. We understand the processes and technologies behind them and find practical solutions. In doing so, we are guided by our two guiding principles : "We simplify complexity" and "We take IT live".

The goal of every IT project is practical use. We always want to see our work productive, live and used in practice. In our view, this is the main goal to which everything else must be subordinated.
It is our goal to understand and master this complexity, to find suitable solutions for our customers and to explain them simply and clearly.
IT projects are becoming increasingly complex. The landscape is becoming more and more heterogeneous due to cloud technologies and best-of-breed approaches. Keeping an overview of the possibilities is a constant challenge.

More than just working together
Events
Shared experiences bring people together and help to form a harmonious team from individuals. It is very important to us to regularly organize exciting events for our employees, such as:

Building and sharing knowledge is a joint effort. Everyone is allowed to take, but also has the obligation to acquire specialist knowledge/methodology and pass it on to colleagues.

We do not see the daily working environment as a top-down task, but rather as a best-of-breed approach in which the best approaches and ideas from employees and management are selected and implemented.
