In 2005, Daniel Rösch started working in the “New Media/e-Commerce” department at the OTTO Group in Hamburg. In 2007, he entered international management consulting and, after several positions at Allianz (MUC), Vienna, Basel, Leverkusen, Frankfurt and Paris, came to ososoft in Munich.

Originally a natural scientist, Tilmann came across the topic of AI during his doctorate. In recent years, as an AI solution architect, he has helped large companies automate processes with artificial intelligence, and he is now building up the rapidly growing AI business area at ososoft. As an experienced analyst and strategist, Tilmann brings a balanced mix of in-depth process understanding and an eye for the bigger picture.
Anja Rausch has been working in the field of personnel development and personnel management for more than 15 years, most recently in an HR management position in the mechanical engineering sector of a large medium-sized company. As Head of HR at ososoft, she is responsible for all internal and external personnel issues.
During his studies, his focus was already on the industrial sector. When he started working in SAP consulting, he was already involved in numerous SAP projects for national and international customers. In recent years, he has often taken on management roles and has been able to build up a high level of expertise in the area of S/4HANA transformation.
He has been working in SAP development since 2001 and has accompanied all technical evolutionary stages of SAP and successfully used it in many projects. As an experienced software architect, technical project manager and manager, he leads the software development team at ososoft.
Since his training, Jannis Schuhmann has been involved in customer projects and is constantly acquiring new knowledge. His open, communicative nature and enthusiastic approach are a great support and distinguish him as an excellent team player and SAP CAR expert.
Familiar & Professional
